The policies below cover how Rocketeams delivers services, handles refunds, and protects the privacy of our clients and candidates.
Service & Delivery Policy
Rocketeams provides pre-vetted, Silicon Valley-calibre engineering talent to clients worldwide.
Services begin once the client signs the service agreement and completes the onboarding deposit (adjustable in the first invoice).
Delivery model includes part-time or full-time engineers, SDRs, designers, EAs, or tech teams, depending on the agreed scope.
Rocketeams will present suitable candidates within the agreed timeline (typically 3–5 business days).
Client may request interviews with proposed candidates before onboarding.
Work begins immediately after engineer assignment and kickoff.
Regular reporting, standups, communication channels, and project management tools are provided at no additional cost.
Replacement guarantee: If a client is unsatisfied with a resource, Rocketeams will provide a replacement at no extra charge.
Work delivery schedules are based on weekly hours and mutually agreed milestones.
Refund & Return Policy
Rocketeams operates on a risk-free guarantee: Clients only pay if they are satisfied with the work delivered.
The onboarding deposit is fully adjustable against the first invoice.
In case of dissatisfaction within the trial period, the client may request cancellation and a refund of unused hours.
Completed and approved work is non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to unused or unbilled hours.
Any disputes or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
